HOW TO RULE OUT PLUGIN CONFLICTS

If you’re having trouble with something on your website or features on your website aren’t working, then it would be a good idea to rule out a plugin conflict. Here are the steps to resolve a plugin conflict:

  1. From your dashboard navigate to Plugins>Installed Plugins
  2. Deactivate ALL plugins
  3. Now clear your cache and visit your site to see if that issue resolves.
  4. If the issue is resolved, then you can begin to reactivate one plugin at a time until you find the plugin that is causing the problem. Remember to clear your cache each time you reactivate a plugin.
