HOW TO RULE OUT PLUGIN CONFLICTS
If you’re having trouble with something on your website or features on your website aren’t working, then it would be a good idea to rule out a plugin conflict. Here are the steps to resolve a plugin conflict:
- From your dashboard navigate to Plugins>Installed Plugins
- Deactivate ALL plugins
- Now clear your cache and visit your site to see if that issue resolves.
- If the issue is resolved, then you can begin to reactivate one plugin at a time until you find the plugin that is causing the problem. Remember to clear your cache each time you reactivate a plugin.
